Introducing my new sideproject inspired by a meme I ran across on BuzzFeed…
My new band, Phase IV, has just released its debut album, Stranger Than Fiction. The image that was selected for my notional album cover is copyrighted so you’ll have to click-through to enjoy it.
If you like what our students have put together, make sure you head over to the ACTFL Video Contest and cast your vote! Voting ends Friday, February 6, 2009.
Virtual friend Brett Kelly (@inkedmn) hit me up for this meme, and since it seemed a lot more manageable one than the current “25 Things” meme circulating on the Facebook I figured I’d play along and alleviate my guilt.
I have a pretty serious TV addiction. That in itself is not as embarrassing as the fact that this sometimes includes Grey’s Anatomy, 90210, and Gossip Girl. I’m also a huge fan of Lost, 24, Heroes, How I Met Your Mother, Big Bang Theory, 30 Rock…
I love sushi.
I love to make homemade pizza dough and have even taught myself how to “throw” like they do in the pizzerias. Often this occurs with varying levels of success/mess, but it’s fun and tasty nonetheless.
I‘m a major — MAJOR — Mac Geek. If it’s got an Apple logo on it, I need it.
I am the Imelda Marcos of man-bags. Seriously. I have more bags than my wife. I don’t know why, I just seem to collect the things. Messenger bags, backpacks… You name it. None of them ever seem to be quite, 100%, exactly perfect so I’m always seeking the perfect bag.
I know every episode of Friends pretty much backwards and forwards. It was my favorite show of the 90s with Seinfeld running a close second.
I have a serious sweet tooth. I love peanut M&M’s, cinnamon bears, ice cream, cake, cookies… You name it.
Now, as for who else needs to play along… How about some Twitter friends I’d like to know more about? Bring on the lists @jburdo, @milobo, @budtheteacher, @mmiller7571, @dkdykstra, @damian613 and @courosa!
